New Order Policy for Cakes -
Building on its ongoing commitment to quality, Bravo Bakery is launching a new "48-hour order policy" when placing cake orders. The intention is to make sure current and prospective customers receive the best quality fresh cream cakes. Starting on 6/1/09, customers placing any cake order less than 48 hours from its pick-up time will be assessed a $2~10 charge. By moving to "48-hour order policy", Bravo Bakery is also able to improve order quality and shorten delivery cycle, which improves our customer service.
